This shops staff is unbelievable! Ignornat, unhelpful, rude, too busy, and not interested in anything! I think they have bigger fish to fry, and are not interested in day to day sales of small products. I can not believe in this day and age any shop being run with such poor, bad service. No one looks at you when talking, no one cares about what you need, the staff talk to each other, as if you're not there, and then look at you as if to say, "You still here?" vague expressionless faces staring at you! I almost want people to go in there and ask for something to see the standard of service for themselves, how are they still trading???...........it amazes me. Thank god for Homebase, Wickes and B&Q out there. This shop is the epitomy of bad, rude, couldn't care less service! Don't waste your time in here.

I'm saddened by the review here describing the staff at Ealing Boards and Timber as rude and unhelpful. I've used them for many years and found them helpful and obliging. They also have what I need in stock (a feat in itself in DIY) and sell in small quantities which is really useful for occasional jobs or to try an idea out without having to buy tradesman's quantities.
