Dr Zhang was absolutely amazing, helpful and was so kind and friendly with my daughter creating a very pleasant experience for her. The nurse and the ladies in reception as well - very friendly, offering a great service. The only negative - the actual location needs a refresh, it’s looking so old and worn out inside. It’s a shame since it’s on Sevenoaks high street as well, very hand to use.
New member. Waiting 1 hour on the phone to get through the receptionists to book a face to face doctor was long. However , I must admit the Receptionist was quite good about it , apologised and got me a GP appointment for the afternoon without further delay . And the Dr was honestly great .
The staff is always polite and helpful to me and the doctors are amazing. I love Dr Hoffman's positive energy, Dr Shiraz and Dr Zang are very helpful and listen to my worries carefully. Thank you for looking after my family Town Medical Centre.
Called at normal time for an appointment told nine and try later and still not sure if I would get an appointment that day. This is for an infection which I think is a priority could lead to a sepsis. Receptionist are uneducated in what should be priority issues. Have tried before for appointments never available. Poor service
Left a review a few years ago, but still very much happy and so grateful for the first class treatment I've had from the Town Medical Centre. I've always been able to get appointments on the day. Dr Hoffman is amazing as always. Recently saw Dr Zhang, who was brilliant, very down to earth and thorough - he really listened to me. There was a lovely lady on reception, who was being so kind to everyone. The staff here work so hard and are doing a great job in these very challenging times.
Absolutely amazing staff from reception to Dr's! I've always managed to get an appointment if I call on the day and if not the lovely receptionist's will do everything they can to try and get you in later or you can call again at 12. Denise and Jackie on reception have gone out of the way to help and the dr's and staff genuinely care here. If I could give them more stars I would, I have been a happy and satisfied patient here for more than 11 years. They are one of the few good doctors left , well done to all the staff on keeping it patient orientated
Lisa the nurse is brilliant! I’m petrified of needles but she was so comforting when I had to have my injection. She’s lovely. Put me at ease… I’ll be making sure all my appointments with a nurse are with her from now on. Thank you
Bad experience - have not been there for ages - tried to get an appointment early in the year - phoned and asked for an appointment any time in the next month and was told I could not have one! I am 85
I recently had an appointment with Dr.Zhang. This was the first time I have seen him and I was really pleased with him. He has the same old fashioned bedside manner as Dr Hoffman. He really helped and I came away feeling confident that he understood my needs. I would have no hesitation seeing him again.
The doctors and nurses are great! But why does one particular receptionist have to be so rude!?! She talks over you, doesn't give you the opportunity to speak, not at all interested in listening to and understanding you and literally just shuts you down! I think she needs some training on kindness!
