Absolutely lovely experience here. I was running quite late as I took the wrong turn on the M25. Remy stayed behind to still start my treatment and Ruth was kind enough to help at the end. Even offering me a hit drink though I had delayed their afternoon:
So far, I had had two treatments, but I know I will be back for more. My usual therapist is brilliant and very helpful. The services on offer are very interesting and I cannot think of anything else they could provide. This place is worth a visit. It’s definitely one of the places Sevenoaks needed.

Had a 5 day back-to-back Cryotherapy chamber boost - felt great! I’m suffering with TSW and this helped with my itch. Will certainly be back. Thanks to Brian too who helped on every visit - top guy! Appreciate your help too, Ruth.
My goal with cryotherapy was to alleviate neuralgia pain in my right arm, shoulder and upper back. I noticed a slight improvement in my back pain, but I am not sure if it is due to cryotherapy, the gabapentin medication I started last week, the exercise I am doing or a natural healing process. My arm and shoulder pain remained the same. I did not find any negative effects of cryotherapy in my research. The benefits of cryotherapy could be good in the medium or long term spectrum but I do not think it is effective for my condition.
The cryo chamber is incredible! I felt so energised for the rest of the day and slept really well also! It significantly relieved my shoulder soreness and seems to have had a lasting impact. Ruth and the team are very helpful and professional and I highly recommended a visit if your struggling with chronic pain, or just need an energy boost!
Had a full body chamber and sports massage - very impressed. Will definitely be going back.
I cannot recommend Cyrojuvenate enough! The ladies were absolutely superb, explained all the pros and cons, went through every detail, and recommended after care! Absolutely brilliant! So beneficial x

This wasn't my first visit to Cryojuvenate, but it was the first time I've had a back massage there, and it was fantastic. The therapist, Remy, found and carefully massaged away the many knots in my shoulder muscles, and I left feeling nicely relaxed. Highly recommended.
