Nice, helpful, the only specsavers I could get an appointment on my day off.
Went in there for an eye test and hearing test. I had booked it there as they had hearing tests available, eye tests was secondary. I had the eye test first The two opticians were excellent and helpful and then a gentleman helped me with choosing glasses and I made payment and spent £360 on glasses. 5 star service up to here could not fault anyone. Then I went in for my hearing test. I started to tell her that I had just bought glasses and she interrupted me to tell me they were separate. She then said that they are private only and could not help with NHS hearing aids. I asked could she teIl me which branches do offer NHS as my doctor had said to go to spec-savers. She said no I I said I felt this was unsatisfactory. I said that I would like a hearing test and then discuss the options. Her colleague came into the room and she rudely said not now I’m with a client. She done the hearing test but then when I asked what one’s would be suitable she said just look at the star ratings on the leaflet. I asked if I could look at them and she said look outside but obviously just stayed put, none of the products were priced and not much in the way in description. Had she been helpful then I would have bought a mid-range hearing aid, she just wanted to get rid of me. The opticians went out of there way to be helpful and friendly but audiologist went out of her way to be unhelpful and rude. I would not have bought my glasses there if I felt it was not going to be a one shop stop for my hearing and sight issues. When I went back to collect my glasses they were also really helpful. So upgraded my rating. And thought it was maybe just me with the audiologist. However now I have had a day with the glasses they just aren't set up right. When I look at a VDU straight on I cant see a thing. The driving is OK but find the varifocal bit off putting and when I walk around I feel giddy. Hopefully they will put them right but there no good for me. At first I thought it was just getting use to varifocal but on trying them with a screen they are just not right.
Have been going to Specsavers for over 10years. Always have friendly, and professional service. I can recommend the Sevenoaks Branch with confidence..
Very helpful, work hard to make you happy and always willing to rectify any issues you may have. Prices are good for what you receive and good deal of options to choose from. Staff are all great to deal with. Thanks to Aiden for his patience and help.
So impressed and thankful to Sevenoaks Specsavers today. Every person we met was exceptionally friendly and helpful and really put my anxious daughter at ease. The optician was careful to explain everything and happy to repeat himself and put us at ease and the shop staff who showed us glasses was really kind, no pressure at all and couldn't have been more helpful. Thank you to all.
Susan Colley - I am very impressed by Specsavers at Sevenoaks. The eye-test was the most accurate I have had resulting in excellent vision with my glasses. I can see well, they are comfortably and look good. Also a big thank you to the staff who made sure I got my glasses quickly before I went away. I plan to book in for my contact lens check now in the hope the vision can be improved with them. Excellent service.
