I attended Sevenoaks Hearing Clinic in Dec 2021 for wax removal from both of my ears. I found the staff to be friendly and welcoming and the water irrigation procedure was expertly undertaken. At no point did I feel any discomfort and I left with my hearing restored. To anyone reading this, I definitely recommend the Sevenoaks Hearing Clinic.
Brilliant! I had been using ear wax softening drops for a week and felt progress was to slow. I emailed sevenoaks hearing and luckily for me they had a cancellation. My ear wax build up was removed by mircosuction and it was quick and pain free. Brilliant service and i will be recommending to everyone.
I made an appointment for microsuction in both ears as a build up of wax had caused discomfort and deafness. Claudia did a brilliant job and the procedure only took minutes. I had seen Adam previously and would highly recommend either of them for this service. Thankyou guys.
Adam was excellent at removing the wax build up in my ear as quickly and painlessly as possible. They fitted me in for a same day appointment as I was in pain, which was very much appreciated. Thank you!

We met Neil for the first assessment and I was very impressed with his approach, which was a mixture of comforting expertise and high-end technology. The assessment was so thorough both me and Mum were inspired by the huge advances in hearing aid technology on offer plus the amazing testing that Mum underwent to fine tune what she could and couldn’t hear. When the time came for the fitting, Mum was instantly amazed at the difference and as an acid test we drove home on the M25 with the radio on and we could have a conversation! The first time in 20 years! Since the fitting Mum has re-engaged with her friendship group for lunches and went to a residents meeting and could hear everyone clearly. Sevenoaks Hearing has improved Mum’s quality of life immeasurably and mine too as we can have easy normal tone conversations and Mum is back to her chatty humorous self in all situations. The first session my mind was instantly put at rest by Neil’s professional attitude and the array of exciting high tech that surrounded me. The testing was thorough but fun as Neil built a full profile of my hearing and recommended the various options available. I went for the top end hearing aid as I sensed that my quality of life would improve considerably and who can put a price on that! After the fitting I was amazed at the difference, talking to my Son on the way home on the motorway and when I got home I noticed for the first time that my cat Lilly had a small bell on her collar, a sound I had never heard before! I am now happy to meet my friends in the restaurant for multiple conversations secure in the knowledge that I will be able to participate fully, rather than sitting on the edge of things and only catching the odd words. Having used Sevenoaks Hearing after having NHS hearing aids the difference is amazing my hearing is now excellent. The actual hearing test both in the NHS and chain companies took 10-15 minuets. With Adam Chell at Sevenoaks Hearing took an hour as did the setting up on collection. My hearing aids have not needed any adjustment since purchasing but the company still checks them out on a regular appointment with no extra cost.
Please forgive me for not remembering his name. However, the audiologist at Sevenoaks Hearing is amazing. Just over a two weeks ago my hearing in my right ear suddenly went after washing my hair. My initial reaction was "ohh not again " I took myself to my local pharmacist. The pharmacist informed me that when water enters inside the ear canal, the wax in the inner ear expands and hardens which can lead to hearing loss. He advised me to buy Oliver Oil and insert a couple drops into my ear a few times a day. By doing so the wax will soften and overtime come out. After four days of using the Oliver Oil drops I grew impatient. I went back to the shop and purchased wax dissolving spray. Two days later my ear began to hurt so I booked an appointment with my GP. The GP my reviewed my ear and said I had an ear infection but reported there was not a build up of wax. I was given antibiotics and advised to discontinue the Oliver Oil drops and Wax dissolving spray. However, after a few days of using the antibiotic spray my concerns increased, so I decided to book a same day private appointment at Sevenoaks Hearing. The audiologist used a microscope to look into my ear canal, where he was able to identify the build of wax preventing me from hearing. With microsuction he was able to remove the wax enabling me to hear clearly. Never again will I use cotton buds. Microsuction is an investment. Having a good level of hearing ensures you never miss a thing.
