I was struggling to get my daughters extractions sorted prior to her brace being fitted. I phoned total orthodontist to discuss this and within 15 minutes Gemma the receptionist had managed to get her dentist to fit in her in two months earlier than they had offered me. Nothing is too much trouble for total orthodontists, I recommend them very highly indeed. Thank you for all the help.

My son has had his braces on for far longer than needed to be. He first went when he was 14 and is now 19 and just has them removed. For the past few years the orthodontist have been telling my son that on his next appointment the braces would be removed, but they were not. My daughter has the same problem with her teeth as my son. She is almost 14, and has had her braces on for almost 12 months. She is under the orthodontist in the countess of Chester hospital, and the process there is are more quicker.
Sarah and the team are fantasic, my son needed a mouth guard for rugby and every body was very helpful and knowledgeable about what we needed doing, and the team made Archie feel very at ease to having the treatment done, excellent service and highly recommend going there ,keep up the good work

Signs up everywhere about paying £85 if you park in the wrong space but they haven't bothered to grit so it's like an ice rink, it just not safe.
Took my son for gum shield fitting and received an excellent service, which included the strict covid -19 guidelines to be adhered to! They managed this seamlessly, I would highly recommend A very special mention though to Lindsay who managed to get my son through his first fitting without fainting he has on all past experiences elsewhere so thank you again Lindsay and well done
I am most grateful to have used total orthodontics for my dental works and would gladly recommend this practice to all of my family and friends. Dr. Peter Crockard is the best. He made sure everything was as intended and i left every single appointment a happy client. Him and his team deserve a 5 star.
My Daughter has been for a 3 appointments in the last week all the staff are really friendly and polite. The service has been excellent. I must give a special mention to Gemma on the reception she is wonderful very helpful and Bubbly every time we have spoke to her on the phone or in person she is always happy positive and very helpful. In my daughters words she gives off good vibes.
I got my braces done here, they weee finally taken off today and my teeth look incredible! Lovely staff and very clean hygienic environment!
