Rung once after 10 and was waitin for a minute or so but did make an appointment and dont have to wait long. Friendly on the phone, better than my actual doctors

The phone line is meant to be open from 9am-5pm and I have been ringing without any answer for an hour. How is this acceptable?

Appointments are recommended which is a slight issue when getting through on the phone line is incredibly hard. But they'll still see you if it's not busy and they are very quick and gentle with the blood tests so overall a good quick service that just needs the contact improving :)

Trying their contact telephone reception again and again - it seems a complete waste of time having a telephone contact. Disgusting.
