"Welcome to {my}dentist Kingsway House, Wrexham. We are a 4-surgery practice with 5 clinicians on hand to provide a variety of NHS, private and {my}options treatment plans including dentures, take home teeth whitening and root canal treatments. Within our team we have Ms Christine Warburton who has a strong passion for preventative treatment and maintenance of oral health, as well as providing cosmetic dentistry. Our practice is a 3 minute walk from the Tax Office bus stop and a 16 minute walk from Wrexham General train station, with allocated signed practice spaces and disabled access and parking. We also hold routine exam/treatment sessions for children and adults with Autism and have full disabled access."

My dentist Wrexham is was my registered dentist. I called them in a lot of pain, they said they would call back….. they just didn’t! Where’s the patient care? I’ve subsequently left them. And found a great practice who got me in the very next day. You’re meant to have good service privately!!!
I'm a tremendously nervous patient but I saw Eva here and she was phenomenal, as were the dental nurses. Everyone I dealt with put me at ease, and I'd say that it was the best dental experience in terms of care, the expertise, and the smoothness of the procedure. If you're a nervous patient, they will look after you here. Thank you so so much.
Everyone at this practice work hard to ensure the dental welfare of their patients. The whole team are friendly and professional. Given the constraints put upon them, they do a wonderful job. Thank you from a grateful patient.

My first visit to My Dentist i have to say all the staff where so lovely and kind as i was rather nervous. If your a Dental phobic like me, this is the place to go, as every step is taken to help with how you feel, and put your mind at ease! Thank you all, your fantastic!!
I have really bad anxiety and today was a bad day for it, however, all of the staff I dealt with were praiseworthy, friendly and understanding. The receptionist was kind and gentle, and comforting presence to be met with in the waiting area. The hygienist and nurse were fantastic. Both taking the time to reassure me, consistently checking in on me, and putting me at ease. It very much felt like my wellbeing was prioritized.
I have been a patient with Whitecross / My Dentist for numerous years and will continue to be a patient for many more! This dental practice goes above and beyond and “ALL” the staff are truly wonderful! If you are nervous - this is definitely the place to go! They will make going to the dentist a positive experience like they have with myself. 10 / 10 for keeping me safe during a pandemic and everything you do for me!
Iv always had a fear of dentists but since coming here the staff are so welcoming they have made me feel at ease the dentist is fantastic she has done a brilliant job fixing my teeth i feel so much more confident so i would definitely recommend coming here
Brilliant and efficient service continues to be delivered during these difficult times for those patients that require emergency dental treatment. Thank you to Mandy for getting my daughter in for a tooth extraction on a cancellation after being in a lot of pain . Any anxieties about visiting soon disappeared. Excellent set up to ensure everyone's safety is the number 1 priority. Well done all
Fantastic service from the start.. Regular texts about your forthcoming appointment so you never forget.. Staff here are so polite and helpful.. Obviously at the moment things are a little different due to covid.. every precaution has been adapted here Eva who treats my family here is so friendly my autistic son will only see her.. And she has been absolutely amazing with him..
