The receptionis have a massive attitude. I called because my temperature was really high even after days of taking paracetamol&ibuprofen. I also had a red spots all over my body. I have called for an emergency appointment. Let alone the fact that when you call you are like 8th in the quequ most times you just stupidly wait 10 min and then it says 'call back later'. And I dont care about them saying we have a lot of people calling, then get more staff, but first make sure they are actually nice and helpful. Back to the story I felt extremaly bad and exhausted and I really needed to see a doctor urgent. And the lady is telling me to go to the pharmacy. Im sorry but this is not the case for a pharmacy. This woman was so stubborn and convinced that Im ok. Them working here is a mistacke. I especially dont like to talk to the red head woman she always seem to have a problem with everything not helpfull at all. Doctors are always nice 👍

Doctors are good but the receptionists are awful! I've been trying to call few times in the last 3 days and never got through.

Been a patient here for over 10 years,the Doctors and Nurses are brilliant, but trying getting through by telephone is a disgrace. Today I have tried 5 times to get through before getting cut off after 10 minutes. Each time I rang recorded message would say you're 4th in queue, 3rd in queue etc, but to get cut off every time is disgracefull!!! Is Plas y Bryn going to reimburse me for 50 minutes plus on the phone, I don't think so!
So,,,, please do something about this obviously inadequate and stupid phone system !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
