I booked an appointment with this dentist and they told me they would send me a text to remind me of the appointment as I'm always very busy and forget about these things and I was out at the time so couldn't put it down anywhere they said I would defiantly get a text to remind me and I never which I then missed an appointment because of this and now they have taken me off there dentist!!! Very rude to me and never wanted to listen just said it's my own fault they can't garuntee they will text you so why tell your patients you can text if you can't? A bit silly to be honest don't say things you can not guarantee. A lot of people have problems remembering things!
