I have been going to this dentist for. Over 40 years with Mr Patel. what a lovely team he had. Since it has been taken over the recipient is so rude and an Professional. I have made an appointment for 19 September at 9.30am the surgery was closed but they did not let me know. I have left a message on the answering. Bring back the old staff.
The worst dental practise ever! Don’t book with this practice as they’ll cancel your appointment on the day. I’ve been waiting 4 months for my treatment but keep getting told the dentist is ill. This is affecting my own health. Keep away people find a trusted practise and stay away from these guys!
Even 1 star is a lot for these guys, if I could give negative stars then I would. Rude staff and highly unprofessional dentists! Zero care for patients, zero morals no ethic, only there to grab your money and humiliate people. Save yourself and look for professional place! Made mess on appointments booking which was their fault then made my friend sign NHS payment as gets his treatment through NHS then held him at ransome and forced him to pay private money and threatened to not do treatment. Only when he complained did the right thing!
Although the receptionist was very polite and professional today - I called to let them know we would be 5 minutes late for an appointment and they said we wouldn't be seen. Yet we have waited for over 15 minutes for appointments in the past at the practice, somewhat hypocritical. Joke!
Receptionist was very polite and professional; however we were 3 minutes late and the dentist took another patient and said we were late. I have also explained the reason that the lady was pregnant she needs to be seen but the answer was “no”. Yet we have waited for over 10-15 minutes for appointments in the past with same clinic but with different dentist.
Been going to this dentist for years. Kind, warm and friendly service at Dentoral, as always. The dentists are professional and extremely child- friendly. The setup of the practice is clean and kept to a high standard. My 4 year old and 7 year old were made to feel very special. Would recommend to all, especially the little ones! The stickers and fun sized toothpastes we're a bonus!
Have had 2 separate appointments cancelled by them last year, finally got a message to book a routine check this year and had to call 3 times just to book an appointment as the first 2 times I was put on hold then cut off by incompetent staff members.
Both the ladies Tusmer and Nuha were excellent really kind and made me feel at ease because I was nervous in the beginning. Hats off
I haven't been to this practice since before covid. I was very pleased with your services until then. May I ask whether you are still an NHS practice?
Dr onnadkat has given a first class service to me and my wife I would recommend people
