Servers mine was leah manage to combine being both incredibly friendly and efficient. Portion size is fantastic while tasting fresh so best of both worlds. Fast and fresh food with good sauce options and the vegan option tastes fantastic to the point I order either beef or vegan.Food: 5/5
Amazing food at this place! Had the delight of being served by Leah, she went above and beyond with my gluten allergy. She got all fresh food and clean utensils and was very knowledgeable on allergens and food in general. Her service was perfect, she was so polite and humorous. The choice here for gluten free is AMAZING!! You can basically have everything. Only negative I can state is they were extremely busy and all staff were working very hard, they seemed understaffed and stressed as they were non stop serving.
First time eating both a burrito and eating at Tortilla. The service outstanding, the food outstanding and the experience outstanding. The gent who served us Kieran, couldn't be more helpful with both advice and service! Would definitely recommend and will be eating here again soon!Food: 5/5
Got served by one of the lovely staff members, Kieran and he was a very patient and informative in helping me make my own burrito as a first time comer to tortilla. Made the creation process much more enjoyable as some who’s indecisive and there was no major waiting time as he was very skilled at wrapping the burrito like a champ. The food was so lovely and I will totally go there again as my go to place in west quay. it’s a must visit!!
The food was lovely. My only criticism is that the fillings weren't displayed anywhere for customers to decide what they wanted before its their turn to order. They could show a list of them or place visible labels on each tub. I could hear what the member of staff was saying as they explained which tub had what noisy environment I highly recommend it, and portion sizes are fantastic.
Can't go wrong with Tortilla! Their burritos are always AMAZING every time. I love their staff too, Leah who served me was so friendly and down to earth and I was really impressed with her burrito wrapping skills! She also left a super cute message on my churros bag, which were delicious btw!Food: 5/5
I have ordered from tortilla a few times and the past 3 times I have ordered from the things have been missing from my order all of those times their nacho cheese sauce being one of them. Good food but unreliable to order from.Food: 3/5
I have never felt physically sick from eating food until I tried the nachos from this place. I didn't think it was possible to ruin nachos, but they managed to do it! The dish was overwhelmingly salty. I paid about £8 or £9 and, being very hungry, ate about two-thirds of it. Initially, I noticed the guacamole was overly salty, but I soon realised the tortilla chips themselves were excessively salted, making the entire dish unbearable. After eating, I felt extremely ill. Despite drinking water and trying to rest, I had to cut my shopping day short. Even four hours later, I'm still feeling unwell. I love Mexican food, but I'll never eat here again!
A better Chipotle. The burrito with barbacoa beef was so juicy and filling, excellent customer service the staff are super kind - especially Keiran who was serving me; not to mention the super good value for money with their student discount, overall super underrated.
Great customer service from Vani!! Very engaging and walked us through the best choices. Great food, would definitely go again.Food: 5/5
