Had to get visiting a Taco Bell out of my system! I didn't set any expectations to avoid disappointment, but generally I thought it was okay! I felt it was pretty good value compared to other fast food alternatives nowadays, but there's definitely room for improvement. The tacos were a little lacking in quantity of meat, but what was there was good temperature and very tasty. Some people aren't a fan, but frankly I love nacho cheese and the sauce was well worth paying a little extra for. Overall it was good value and worth visiting at least once, but don't expect a large meal with restaurant quantity of ingredients.
Tried out Taco Bell for the first time and I was more impressed than I thought I would be. Ordered a Large Quesadilla box £9.79 which contained: seasoned friesperi peri I believe, 1 beef taco, 2 chicken quesadillas and 2 churros with caramel sauce. Also come with a drink and I got Mountain Dew bottle is 50p extra- 500ml Everything in the box was very nice, especially the taco and quesadillas. Tasty, juicy, seasoned! I’ve seen a lot of negative comments however for my first time, I thoroughly enjoyed the food and would definitely be returning and it’s close to me which is even better! A shame they did not have Baja Blast though! Overall: 8.5/10!!!
The food is okay but the staffs are rude. One of the smallest food serving that we've had in the UK. The tables and chairs are also not clean too. We were asking politely if we can use the toilets but they just ignored us.Food: 3/5
One of the favourite fast food place in Southampton. We had the cravings meal for two. Their Nacho cheese dips and fries are one of the best ever. The beef quesadilla is very tasty. The staff, specifically, Mali was very nice. It would be great if we have the option of having Churros what we additionally ordered or cinnamon twist in this meal. I highly recommend to try for those who haven’t yet.
This place was advertised as being open until midnight both online and on the door. Arrived at 10:30pm, entered through the very-much unlocked door, and was told they were closed. When I pointed out their own opening times to them, the staff member fumbled over their words and went "um... we have an issue with our till... we can't take orders". First of all, why didn't they lead with that? Secondly, if there genuinely was an issue that would warrant an early closure, then why not lock the door and put a sign up as anyone with common sense would? But given how this claim came across like a blatant afterthought, coupled with other members of staff visibly giggling in my direction when they said it, I can confidently say this was total rubbish. Clearly the rude, lazy, inconsiderate staff here were just making this up because they fancied going home early! Formal complaint already filed. Reading some of these other reviews, this restaurant clearly needs sorting out ASAP EDIT: After waiting nearly 3 weeks for a reply to my complaint from head office, I sent a follow-up. I was informed by them that the restaurant claimed they had called me and already resolved the complaint. They hadn't contacted me at all, they were lying through their teeth to try and get out of this! Whoever is running this restaurant is clearly overdue for some disciplinary action!
My sister wanted some Taco Bell today to try something new, so I took her to our local one. First of all, once we entered, there were no menus or anything to tell us anything about the food or the ingredients. But we brushed it off and went to the online menus. Obviously as it was our first time, we didn't have much of an idea what the taco would be like. She was happy with the first time round that she went back to buy another taco, exact same one, but ended up getting a whole nother taco from the one she wanted. Not only this but the atmosphere is very gloomy and the staff make it clear they couldn't care less about their job. This may not be a huge problem, but messing up orders could be one if someone has allergies and aren't informed what's in the taco.
Toilet are unbelievable dirty and the store unhygienic, it smells of BO though out the store, they also keep finishing orders on the to make there numbers look good so we couldn't tell when are food would be readyFood: 1/5
The newly introduced Naked Chicken Taco was surprisingly better than any of the other items. Being a regular customer, I've noticed that the Fries Bell Grande is never the same. Sometimes the fries are not seasoned enough, sometimes the quantity is less and sometimes the staff makes small mistakes when taking the order. Why did they change the Caramel Dip to a very substandard alternative, we'll never know?! Toilets are never neat, that is mostly the customer's fault.
worst eating experience ever : food tastes blend, hot sauce is super sour. taco crumbles away as you eat it, couldn’t hear my number since music was loud and number wasn’t correctly pronouncedFood: 1/5
