Loved it!! Loved it to every last bit. The staff were nice and friendly, and the food was yum. We had ordered naked burrito bowls and loved it overall. Good customisation options and a good enough set of options for vegetarians and vegans too. Set in a huge mall the ambiance and facilities are good too.Food: 5/5
Disgusting food that was watery, mushy, and made me feel physically ill. My friend, who had ordered the same meal as I did, said it reminded them of slop, which I couldn't agree with more. You're far better off at competitors such as Barburrito or Taco Mazama!Food: 1/5
A great place to stop in for a quick bit of lunch. Always get a medium burrito with the same fillings. Creature of habit but I like what I like. Special mention to Gabriel today for excellent friendly service. Will be back soon I'm sure.Food: 5/5
Line looked quite long at first but we were served within minutes, food was served very quickly and was so nice and tasty. all the staff were very nice. slightly pricey but alright servings - very full and satisfied ! thanks amigo xx :DFood: 4/5
Please explain to me what this is? Was supposed to be a chicken quesadilla, the chicken of you could call it that was a weird brown/red colour and certainly never tasted like chicken. The sour cream dip was like water and tasted nothing of sour cream. Asked for a refund to which the girl at counter said "sorry but we don't give refunds, would you like us to make you another?" shocked at this and then realised that this is why the only take card payments. I've ate Mexican food in various places around the world and this is frankly the worst quesadilla I've ever had. Complete waste of £18!
Always go here on my lunch break to get a burrito, so good !! Was in the other week and was served by Sophie. She was so helpful offering different options and helping to build my burrito the way I want it. Staff are always friendly and have a welcoming attitude even when it’s busy. Good quality is amazing! Definitely one of the better Mexican food places I’ve been to.
First time ordering from Tortilla. Staff were so friendly and helpful, took time to explain the flavours and combos. The tacos were absolutely delicious, my partner had a burrito which was also very tasty. Food is fresh and vibrant with loads of choice! Good value for money and a clean, comfortable setting. Definitely would eat here again!
I would like to personally thank Erica for her wonderful patience and attention to detail when making sure we had the most pleasant experience dining here. She offered many recommendations on the menu with a warm and friendly manor. This entire experience has made this my new favourite place to dine after a day of shopping. Thank you Erica!
Had a lovely naked burrito bowl here with chips to dip in it and will definitely be back , great tasting food and good portion sizes too , I'd highly recommend the beef !Food: 4/5
We went for lunch today, at the silverburn shop and was throughly impressed with the service, especially as my wife has celiacs and the level of knowledge our server had was great, plus the food was amazing and the medium salsa had a nice bit of spice to it, i would recommend to anyone looking for gluten free food and i will be trying the spicy salsa next time. Dietary restrictions: The restaurant has great practices in place to deal with gluten allergies, from our server changing gloves before they do anything else, as well as informing the other serving staff before they continue with the meal prep
