I’m not typically keen on the dentist as I’ve had quite a few bad experiences in the past, however Dr Beth Watson who saw me today at Torrance Dental was absolutely fantastic. She was kind, warm and talked me through each stage of the procedure + went at lengths to make me feel comfortable and relaxed. I’ve had a few fillings over the years but this one was by far the smoothest and least painful. Really satisfied with the experience and outcome. I cant recommend her enough
I have a phobia of going to the dentist and needed a tooth extracted due to the filling sitting on my nerve which left me in constant pain. I saw Dominic today who was amazing and had so much patience. Thank you so much Dominic. Best dentist by far!
I’ve had a horrific and traumatic experience with the dentist lady named Handan when having a root canal done. She is a cold and rude person who does not care about the wellbeing of the pacient . The whole time I was there I felt neglected. They couldn’t find the right equipment and used different ones to what I needed for the job to be well done. I was in so much pain as the lady went deeper than the canal and was pushing with so much force and so deep that I would get shock in my jaw , I’ve moved because of how painful it was and the dentist said I’m wincing for no reason and that I shouldn’t and continue to work on my tooth while I felt everything until the assistant said to flush anaesthesia down my canal. She’s broken a pice of equipment in my canal and left it there saying she’ll finish it how it is and she’ll send me to the hospital . She did not care about how much of a worse situation she’s put me in.
always the young brunette girl on Reception does not answer calls . When I call again and again I know that this girl is in reception. and when she pick up She speak very rude . I call today she's not answered the phone at all . so i went to the clinic dentist even i was busy . to book an appointment . And it was another call. from another Coustamar She didn't pick up. the phone was ringing and she ignore it . but the other staff are all friendly
Worst experience with a dentist. I have been going to this dentist for years as a paying NHS customer and have been treated unfairly by Egle Petrauskiene. I had an appointment that I traveled two hours for and didn't get the treatment I needed. Despite specifying the treatment I wanted and booking an appointment for it, she did not provide the requested treatment and insisted on a cheaper version. Additionally, she never kept my appointments on time, even though I arrived early each time. I then made another appointment, but when my name was called, I was told she called another woman who had an appointment earlier than mine, but it was during my appointment time. The dentist has a strict 15-minute late policy, and I received no justification for why I didn't receive my treatment at the time of my appointment.
I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from this clinic. The reception staff were incredibly rude and unprofessional. When I called to schedule an emergency appointment, they were unhelpful and dismissive, and even had the audacity to hang up on me mid-conversation. This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable and demonstrates a severe lack of customer service.
Dentist was absolutely fabulous. Achilles explained everything. Put me at ease as a nervous patient. I felt really comfortable. It was definitely the best dental treatment that I have had in a long time . He answered all my questions. A great experience will definitely come back
I hated every second I've stepped foot in that clinic, i have ptsd from how they treated me. I wake up from my sleep with tears and regret my decision by going there. They treated me with such disrespect that i was shook to my core. It all started when i was complaining about my pain and the dentist and assistant were mocking me saying i shouldn't feel nothing when i know i was in pain so i didn't feel comfortable repeating how i was in pain from the instruments they used on my tooth and went home with a sharp and poorly tooth that is sensitive to even drinking water, since i have been there i only chew on the other side of my mouth how badly treated my tooth was by the.........every person i know that went to this so called clinic went there with a problem and came out with multiple extra pains that they didn't have before.
I’ve brought my daughter here for a root canal only to find out that it had been butchered and done really badly when I took her to another dentist they were shocked at the scan they had taken. We now have to pay 900 just to have a specialist do another root canal treatment and dissolve the other one. This is absolutely horrendous stay away from this dentist.
Awful experience! The dentist and receptionist were extremely rude and unprofessional. We waited for 1.5 hours without any apology. When my son became restless, the staff handled it poorly. Additionally, I received a terrible filling in a tooth that never hurt before, but now it's painful.
