What a fantastic dentist! I needed emergency treatment on a Sunday and to my great relief, I got an appointment within one hour. I am normally a bundle of nerves at the dentist, but I was totally put at ease and didn't feel a thing while having root canal treatment. Don't hesitate making an appointment, you will be impressed.
Needed a last minute examination for my oral health, front desk staff was kind and helpful in filling a quick paper work, doctor shortly saw me in a matter of minutes, he got straight to the point and informed me I had oral sores, he assured me that it is quite common, and even gave me his card if I had any questions or concerns during my recovery. To note: I went to the hospital and they told me it was nothing but stress; however Crystal Dental Care was able to give me a full explanation and even suggestions to my diagnosis.
Very good experience . Came with a raging toothache that 2 other dentists could not help with. Has an emergency root canal painlessly. Charges were on par with what I would expect from a private dentist. Very highly recommended, professional and painless.Thank you to all the staff, you're lifesavers.
Short review: Book now, this is the right dental practice for you, whatever your issue or concern. Friendly, fairly priced and excellent care and attention. Fantastic for nervous patients. Long review: I've been here a number of times over the past two years for a variety of different issues. I've never had any difficulty obtaining an appointment on short notice and Dr Ali is always extremely patient and welcoming no matter the time of day, day of the week or week of the year! I'll begin by speaking about the service, which has always been stress free and fantastic and begins by picking up the phone to make an appointment. On arrival you'll fill out a small form with pre-requisite medical background questions in a comfortable quiet waiting room. The staff at reception are always extremely welcoming and friendly! Once this is done, you will be swiftly ushered into the treatment room where you'll be asked the magic words, "How can I help?". On every occasion I have been, I have been seen by Dr Ali who is a consummate professional and clear expert in his field. Although he is humble about it, I've seen a great range of dentists all across the country and it is rare to find a dentist who can grapple with not only your issue, no matter how complex but also the effect it is having on you as a patient. You will get the impression that he doesn't forget a patient! He's quick to recognise if a patient is anxious, nervous or worried about a particular issue and will take the time to listen to what you have to say and treat you as though you're family. Moreover, he will take the time to explain in detail the issue so that you feel comfortable you understand as much as you feel you need to. You will NOT be made to feel as though your issue is not 'urgent' enough and your issue however small will be examined thoroughly. He will take care when examining you, and may as he has with me identify longstanding issues that other dentists might have missed! Once the problem has been identified, he'll recommend the best course of action for you overall as a patient. He's never recommended me for unnecessary work or prescribed antibiotics I didn't need. Overall he's always provided me with an expert, professional service to the same level you'd expect from a central London clinic with fees far and above what is charged here. The clinic is decently close to the Bounds Green tube station, with a short walk up and down a hill and the entrance is wheelchair accessible. The rooms themselves are always clean but also welcoming and comfortably lit. All in all a fantastic dentist, excellent practice and reception staff. If you don't trust dentists this practice will restore your faith in dentistry!
I’ve had a great experience with Dr Ali. Came in with an emergency root canal and he took so much time and care to ensure the problem was tackled thoroughly. He really takes duty of care to another level. I recommend him for any nervous patients too, he’ll put you at ease for sure!
What a fantastic dentist! Called with a terrible toothache and got the appointment the same day, they also squeezed my appointment earlier due to my circumstances, what a blessing! Sorted my painful tooth with a root canal in no time and eased the situation with a couple of jokes, would definitely recommend! Couldn't be happier with the experience here! Thanks to all the staff!
Dr Ali is the best dentist ever! I have been going to see him for treatment for about 14 years now. He is always very empathetic and caring and explains the procedures in a clear and detailed manner. I don’t live close to the clinic any longer yet still come to see him whenever I need dental treatments as he truly is the best there is! Would highly recommend!
Impeccable service from the dentist. I was able to recieve an appointment very quickly and with ease out of hours. The overall process was very efficient and everything was explained very easily. Most importantly however, my pain was put to ease immediately. Definitely recommend.
Fantastic service. Saw me within half an hour of phoning on a Sunday and sorted out my big problem within 24 hours. Ali and his staff were amazing. Would not go anywhere else now. Thank you so much. Definitely 5 star and highly recommended.
I have one word for this Dentist, “Genius” I had a last minute emergency and without hesitation the staff booked me in which was a god send as it was gone 6pm. Mr Ali was absolutely brilliant! I’ve had some bad experiences in the past with dentists but I cannot say anything but good things here! Mr Ali provided me with total confidence in a calm manner that put me at total ease. He was unbelievably professional and fixed me up in no time at all. I cannot thank Mr Ali and his team enough and would not hesitate to recommend this service! I will be making Mr Ali my Dentist for sure, thank you so much!
