I recently visited East Finchley Smiles for a consultation. The entire process, from booking with the receptionist over the phone to the consultation itself, was very smooth. The receptionist at the front is very kind and helpful both over the phone and in person. She greeted me with a big smile and even offered me a cup of coffee when I arrived early. The dentist I met with, Dr Silver, with was also very kind and assisted my concerns with a genuine and professional level of care. The facilities have also been recently remodelled and are modern and clean. Please disregard any negative reviews posted on this site, as the clinic changed management a few years ago and East Finchley Smiles is now a premium private practice.

I was pleasantly surprised with my Experience in this dental clinic. From the start to the end, it was informative, pleasant  and professional. I have booked another appointment for an extraction after discussing my options. I decided to book an appointment for my child who has autism as I was reassured by the staff they would look after her. Kind and reassuring, would recommend.

Lovely dentist everyone that works there is really kind and helpful. I have been suffering with my wisdom tooth had a referral to hospital was 8 months before I got an appointment went back to smiles and Dentician name Laura check me out and decided to do procedure there and then.  When  taken out had no pain when doing Extraction as she numb gums first. Also as she was doing job she was talking to me all the way so felt safe not as scared as I thought I'll be.  I do recommend this dentist practice as all staff are very welcoming.

Excellent Dentist who explains really well the options regarding treatment.  The dentist also explained what he was doing as he was doing it which was very reassuring. The reception area has been completely refurbished & looks great. The toilet area has been refurbished & is spotless. The receptionist is very helpful & takes time to sort & solve any issues. Highly recommended. Additional information Hygienist was superb Dentist is very approachable & takes time to listen & understand any issues that might arise. Very impressed with my treatment. Thank you.

After they cancelled appointment at the last minute and rescheduled for today. They even confirmed via text. We called to double check but there was no answer. When we turned up at the practice, the door was closed and nobody was in. What a waste of time. You wouldn't like it if we made an appointment and never turned up. Fix this asap. Not fair at all.

I visited Smiles East Finchley and was warmly greeted by Rudina at the front desk. From the moment I walked in, her friendly demeanor and professional attitude made me feel welcome and at ease. She efficiently handled my appointment details and answered all my questions with patience and clarity. Rudina's exceptional customer service truly enhanced my experience at the clinic. Open feeling place, bright and comfortable. Everything very clearly explained. Gentle and very professional treatment. Highly recommended, especially for anyone with dentist anxiety.

I had a relatively extensive treatment replaced old fillings and treated some new decay. During the treatment, the dentist was very friendly and informative. Also, they have a new dedicated camera allowing them to take pictures and present them on the screen. This allowed me to understand better the importance of the treatment.  I am quite happy with the clinic and the stuff.

If you’re like me and are nervous about going to the dentist then I would 100% recommend the team at Smiles. Everyone there is super friendly, really helpful, and very good indeed at what they do. From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere is welcoming and relaxed. I’ve had to have quite a bit of work done on my teeth and Rajan and his team have been absolutely fantastic every step of the way; Rajan is very calm and relaxed and talks you through each procedure. It’s 5 stars for me without a doubt.

Dentist Rajan Julka was very informative and helpful, explained the procedure in great detail and talked through the process throughout. Receptionist was helpful and friendly too.
