I have seen Dr Ani Ohanyan and I can’t be more grateful. My tooth was very damaged and needed a root canal work. I was really worried about the price initially but the doctor has been so good and charged me only for what was absolutely necessary and I had no pain or infection after that. The doctor is very pleasant and great into giving follow up care advice as well. After that I needed an emergency appointment as I had a crack not because of the care, just the tooth was very weak and again the team were spot on, receptionist emailed the doctor out of hours who was able to advice I need an urgent appointment and could book one just in couple of days. Very pleased with the whole experience
Dr Ani at City Dental is wonderful. Incredibly professional and a true expert in her profession; I trusted Ani completely with my recent root canal. The older I’m getting, the more apprehensive I’m growing about the dentist and all the work needed. However, she instantly put me at ease, was extremely patient and kind, respected my nerves and talked me through step by step what was going on, which really helped. Super pleased with the work done, thank you!
I want to say a big thank you to all the staff at City Dental for helping me with a terrible root canal issue over the past few months. Dr Ani was incredibly tenacious and refused to give up on this troublesome tooth, treating it many times until we finally found a combination that worked. I'm convinced that a lesser dentist would have just given up and pulled it, so I'm very glad she stuck at it and that we got the result we wanted. Also huge thanks to Paula, Rebecca, Dr Shahin and all the other staff who helped me with emergency appointments, re-treatments and antibiotics, including walking prescriptions over and helping me over Christmas. Their support made such a difference during a very stressful time.
First appointment with hygienist and dentist. I felt my previous dental practice was keen to upsell treatments or higher frequency visits - none of that here, but still very professional and thorough. Really appreciated the online booking option, and the call to provide option of hygienist and dentist in same visit. Thank you!
I hate going to the dentists, but Dr Maria Sobierajska is awesome and made it a joy! Highly recommend her, and City Dental Clinic if you are in the area!
After my old dental.practice went bust I struggled to find someone to look at my implants. City Dental got me in for an appointment within the week and we covered everything in that appointment giving me a clean bill of implant health going forward
I had an examination with x-rays and a hygiene! The whole team is fantastic ! Paula at the desk is amazing and Dr. Maria cleaned my teeth thoroughly! Highly recommend!
I am being treated for Invisalign by Dr. Ani. Her attention to detail and ability to explain procedures in a simple & concise manner has made this experience incredibly positive. She is also a wonderful person, which makes our sessions enjoyable. I highly recommend this practice for dental needs. The facility is high-end and all the staff are welcoming & helpful.
Excellent dental practice and they don't push you into any unnecessary work. I am always seen on time and treated well. I have been with them for about 12 years and never had cause to regret it.
Warning: Invisalign is not the cheapest of procedures, but I trust them 100% based on my results. You need to manage your own expectations of the costs and be sure to ask up front what each treatment will cost, and any potential costs involved x-rays, hygienist so you are informed. I have been a patient for almost 9 months for Invisalign, and I am thoroughly happy with the results. I did have to invest more than I initially expected, but it's one of those things - once you start, you might as well continue to the best possible outcome if your savings permit. On multiple visits, the staff are always polite and friendly. There are usually a number of options available when booking an appointment, which is great - means they're don't over book their calendar. There was only 1 occasion when I could not get hold of the Dr as he was on leave, and delayed my treatment progress for a few weeks; but hardly an issue given the results. They respond to email queries in good time. And they offer a referral programme for your friends and family.
