Used the soft play for the first time recently. Soft play itself was clean and hot drink from the cafe was lovely. However the service we received at reception was awful and for that reason I would not return. First impressions really count and this individual made ours a poor one.
I'm a regular gym user. I have a monthly membership and i think the value for money is amazing. With everything that is included, it's money well spent. However, the centre/gym shuts at 5pm on the weekend which is far, far too early. Considering the overall industry move is towards 24-7 gyms, this is a little disappointing. If PureGym was closer I'd probably use them rather than the leisure centre even though I'd get a lot less for my money. Also the fact that on a weekend some staff start turning off the gym TVs at 4.20/4.30 is irritating because really clean up should occur when the customer leaves. I often feel in the way because they have the hoover out whilst I'm trying to finish my work out. That's all a little awkward. I've always exercised late, and it suits my metabolism, so I don't really want to change my routine to fit in with a leisure centre as I don't feel I'd get as much from the workout. But overall great facilities and lots of different machines to work out on.
Extortionate parking fees alongside pricey facilities usage mean this is for the well off in my opinion. Promotes unhealthy community especially for over 50's whose precovid package has been slashed dropping numbers dramatically. NHS will get bigger queues as a result.
spa day alone hehe was a wonderful experience having my gym and being able to go to others to try them out, relaxing my body in bubbling hot waters to help heal me good work out and great place, only £10 to join for may and the £37 a month contract x
Went in to use the toilet. The cafe has snacks but no savoury sandwiches etc.. Returned a different day later in the evening and cafe was closed so decided to use the vending machines - they have other snacks for good prices £1 for a chocolate bar, with contactless payment.
We come here often for aqua aerobics, and most recently for physio therapy. Equipped with many different sports rooms and indoor pool inn addition to office space. My personal gripe about the place used that parking is not free even with a membership.
My granddaughter has swimming lessons with Sharon and absolutely loves it. Friendly staff and excellent value.
Poor effort from the receptionist when I was asking for help. Hung up on me when I was still talking. Good excuse not to talk to them again
Great pool! We popped here during our holiday for a swim with the family & it was perfect! We also used the velopark during Revolution Skates Veloskate & it was a brilliant outdoor space for skating!
I Used the Astro pitch at rear and toilet facilities. A clean environment and helpful friendly staff. Car park charges are an inconvenience but it is a summer tourist location close to the sea and beach 5 minutes large space for parking
