Been here a few times to accompany the mrs and have never had a bad experience. Staff are always pleasant and are always willing to help. There is a small variety of clothing and accessories, and that could be put to the small size of the store, but it’s still worth a visit if your looking for gifts or accessories. Overall it’s a great shop to visit!
With friendly staff who were willing to help me find what I wanted, I was able to make some really great purchases! Even though it's a smaller store, therefore, obviously slightly less stock than other shops, the items they sell are new, stylish and great for browsing around! Also, the layout of the stock is organised and the mannequins are always styled to perfection! They have lots of apparel to offer, as well as shoes, bags, underwear and accessories..oh and the sweets..of course! It is a great place for women to go to find something lovely for yourself or if you're buying a gift for someone else-you will definitely find something for anyone in there. They also have the gift vouchers on offer which, for my local store, is very beneficial
This store should not even have one star as it's staff, especially manager are under trained , unprofessional, customer service is at an all time low. Have shopped here for a long time and apart from one lovely girl their the staff are shockingly bad. Not a good representation of the brand.
The manager, Sophie, was extremely rude and very unhelpful with resolving an issue with a item we had bought from another Topshop store. Basically admitting she can help, but was choosing not to.
