You always get great customer service here. It's also normally very quiet and their employees don't pester you.

Nice shop selling a variety of casual and smart clothing, accessories, children's wear and home items. I have always found staff are helpful and friendly. However yesterday when I bought an item from this store a young female sales assistant, with long straight hair asked me "Are you alright?" from the other side of the store. This seems to be the new way of asking a customer if they need help or want to pay for goods. I stood by the desk and she came over to serve me. During the transaction she never once made eye contact with me, or spoke to me. I feel this level of customer service is poor. The lack of customer interaction is not unique to Next, but seems to be prevalent in many other shops as well.

Next is a nice modern clean clothing shop. Up Market Clothing. Smart Casual.

A good next store but the range of men's clothing is too small for a good shopping trip. Staff are always helpful. Close to the station and other stores so good for a shopping trip to a few places

Nice enough store although the menswear section is extremely small. I'm not sure I can blame them though, menswear likely accounts for a small percentage of their business.
