Total rip off partner had christmas presents to return as to small, was told don't issue a credit note and was told they would only pay what the sale price is and not what the original price was, talk about being ripped off , definitely wont be visiting these rip off merchants again
I really liked the store and the atmosphere, the people who serve there were very friendly and the prices were affordable.
Shop was a mess. staff with the heads down no one acknowledged me I needed help so I left without buying anything the staff are always on their phones behind the till. And they dress so scruffy. The fitting rooms are disgusting with fluff the shop looks like it needs a good old clean and new staff to go with it. My shopping experience in New Look in Welwyn Garden City was absolutely disgraceful I wouldn't recommend it for anyone to shop there!!!@
Love the clothes in there and not bad prices either.
Great place staff very friendly and it's lovely that can take my 12year old to socialise with friends over a drink so don't need to look for a sitter
Difficult to get round in a wheelchair. Music loud but I think that's an age thing! Had a lot of stock.
Could not find some of the clothing items I looked at in bigger sizes
Went there on a visit back to england still the same small shop with not enough choice probably due to size of store...but did manage to find something i wanted.
Spent too much. Great value. Shame I'm not with her any more lol.
Nice shop, but not great selection.
