My daughter just got her ears pierced by lovely Lily and I couldn't recommend enough! Lily was quick and gentle with my daughter who was a bit nervous as it was her first ears piercings! Lily marked a dot on her ear lobe prior to do the piercing and made sure my daughter was happy with the position! The actual piercing was as quick as seconds! Thank you Lily for today! You made my daughter super happy! Xxxx

On our recent visit to the Accessorize store at Welwyn Garden City, we had the greatest pleasure of being served by Debbie. Debbie was extremely knowledgeable about all the items of stock held in her store, and she very kindly pointed out to us Accessorize's latest promotions. Her attitude, patience and professionalism was exemplary! Debbie came across as a genuinely kind, caring and extremely helpful member of staff. Her extra special, natural flair and ability in Customer Care was not only of an incredibly high standard but, also, it made our shopping experience such a real pleasure!! Thank you so very much, Debbie. You really deserve both this recognition and our appreciation! Sending our thanks to Nicky as well, the Manager of this branch, for her help and her skills in recruiting and training her staff, and managing such a great team.
Terrible customer service from the manager, she was very rude and confrontational after someone on the phone their store gave us the wrong information.... no apology on their part and just did not want to provide any assistance to us after travelling a long way after we were told they would be able to help us. Formal complaint has been made

I took my daughter to the shop on Sunday for ear piercing. We were booked in with Tara who from the moment she met us was kind and thoughtful and put my daughter completely at ease through the whole process. Taking her time to ensure my daughter was comfortable and ready! Fabulous service!
Every time I've been in there I am always helped by the loveliest members of staff who are an asset to the store and company. I've been greeted by the sweetest ladies: Trish, Tara, Charlotte and Jen! They always talk to me like I'm their close friend/family.
Like a 70's garage sale. Absolutely nothing appropriate for work, evening or special occasion; and so overpriced. Sorry; I sound harsh but I wanted to buy my wife something special....nothing remotely special and she so loved Monsoon, way back when!
Welwyn branch is smaller than some but the staff are lovely and friendly and the range ok. Bright and breezy store. Easy to find and get to as parking available in car parks. The choice is not as wide as some of the previous stores especially seeing as St Albans and Watford has closed their branches.
