Fantastic service today. I was able to register as a new patient and get an appointment straight away. The nurse I saw could not have been kinder. She gave me a thorough examination, explained my clinical signs and gave me a treatment plan. Thank you Topsham team.
The phone lines are awful. You wait in a queue of people to only be waiting for someone to pick up the phone when it’s your turn to talk. I’ve been waiting to speak to someone for 15 minutes and all it’s doing it ringing through. They make it so hard to get hold of anyone!
Brilliant service. Always professional. Still offered face to face appt even in covid times when it was necessary. A family member was visiting from Poland and stay had to be prolonged due to covid - there was no problem to arrange prescription medications. We appreciate their halp and care a lot
I had to go to the surgery today to ask for advance and help for another person and the staff on reception were so patient and couldn’t have been more helpful including Rachel Morgan they are all brilliant
Our family have used this surgery and the affiliated Glasshouse Lane practice for two decades. The service has been excellent, our children have received speedy assessment whenever issues arose and I’ve not experienced anything other than a friendly reception. During the recent difficult period, if you show patience and respect, you receive the same. Thank you.
Telephone appointment made, mobile phone rang 5/6 times then went dead. No immediate follow-up on my land line or a my mobile phone. Extremely poor service- now 14/03/22 and my next phone appointment I can conveniently arrange is in 2 weeks. When will there be face-to-face appointments available?
I can not speak highly enough of this practice. The manner in which the receptionist dealt with me was kind, caring and super-efficient. l immediately felt totally reassured as she took complete control of my situation. When the doctor Hannah Butterworth called me back her bedside manner was exemplary... Caring, knowledgeable and very efficient too. When you're not feeling very well all you want is for someone to take control and help make you better. Both Hannah and the receptionist were fantastic and I cannot thank them enough!

Can't ever get through on the phone. Please change your phone system, or get more staff. Quality of care is good when you actually get to see a doctor but the phone system is infuriating.
Not answering phone line, so they have switched phone lines off, hope no one needs to talk to them today as cant get through, just not good enough, better to change doctors as they dont supply quality of service anymore, rude staff is a normal when trying to get hold of them, no one seems to care anymore urgently need staff no excuses.
