Waited nearly 2 hours for delivery food was cold it was a kebab do the cats are happy

My third time ordering from Top Stop. I have avoided leaving a review until now because everyone is capable of having a a bad day, but this is just poor quality all round. Late delivery, missing items and rude staff on every occasion. Never again.

Absolute rip off and treated so badly when I phoned to complain.  The wrap had hardly anything in it . Almost a tenner and it was disgusting . The staff are so rude to customers.  I will never recommend them to anyone . I'm more likely to recommend avoiding them completely.  They should be ashamed of themselves .

I would honestly give it no stars if I could. I wish I could share pictures. The food arrived ridiculously late and missing child food! When I rang to complain he just laughed and said he would send it later. The food that did come was inedible...please dont waste your money

Absolutely disgrace overcooked kebab meat and cold,undercooked chips and cold,2hrs late, no sauces,horrendous delivery service never go there again

Absolute worst!! Worst takeaway ever!!! They are late, burnt and absolute worst customer service ever!!! Never order from them

Wouldn't bother a waste of money just makes you ill when they send old doner meat and brown salad avoid avoid
