Good food but delivery always takes a while. Ordered 0720, food still not arrived nearly 2 hours later. Called and mentioned but said it'll arrive in 5 mins and hung up. 20 minutes later and Still waiting. No excuse its the world Cup either.
Placed order at 8.30, food didn’t arrive until 11.25! Appreciate that it’s bonfire night but by the time it arrived we were ready for bed. When the food arrived it was okay, nothing special but average. Based on the time it took for the food to arrive we won’t be returning
Got a kofteh wrap and chips for delivery and it was fast to arrive, the wrap was packed with kofteh and delicious although I wish they had a larger variety of sauces, the chips were also nice but not the hottest and slightly greasy, overall I would definitely order again
Ordered food for family of 4 at 12:30 Saturday, was open on Google and on food hub. Order accepted straight away and then 45 minutes later got an email and text saying order cancelled. Cheers! Won’t be back!

Don’t fault me I have tried loads of takeaways in Carlisle this is 1 of my Favourite the burgers are a reasonable price but hit and miss the dinner wraps are gorgeous from here the chicken wraps are too. I like all the pizzas from here and it is all A cheap takeaway and it is good to enjoy. I’d suggest trying the wraps or pizza if you like them but the burgers Are genuinely a hit and miss. Give it a try
I would give 5* as its always been perfect, until, they took 2h to deliver last Saturday so said we could have a free meal for the same value. Phone tonight to ask for the said meal, for carlos to argue they have already gave out our free meal delivered to Haydock where ever that is They should have checked it was getting delivered to the correct adress and under the same name as previous. Its more like they just dont want to honer their offer. The amount we have spent with this takeaway in the past. Never again.
Put the food on my door step in the freezing cold and just left. Food is stone cold. Phoned to ask why this happened and they told me to put it in the microwave... yes, really. Terrible service.
Arrived freezing cold,minus the can I'd paid for minus the toppings on the pizza I'd also paid for. Sad to say I won't be using them again,shame as food when it's actually hot and complete order arrives is really delicious. *edit I've just ordered again tonight to give these another chance,its took my money and cancelled my order. So I'm now £12 down with no food! I will not be using these again!
They offer their services on food hub for your order, take your money, then cancel it if it’s too small saying we live too far away. I paid £5 for delivery and we live 4 miles from carlisle it’s only because the order was small! We’ve ordered from you before! I won’t get my money back for 3-5 working days this place is a joke
