Never again, the chips were very dry cold, good topping but chewy old pizza base.just hit up the oven for pizza,chips in the bin.or f... All in the bin
Disappointing. Used to be great, but food is now consistently late well over an hour and quite often has things missing that aren't worth complaining about but are still irritating! Twice had chewy, lukewarm pizza. Really went downhill, won't be using again.
Lovely food! The thick crust pizza is so nice, Plenty of topping too. Friendly and polite service and delivery driver. Quick delivery too!

Wait 1 hour for delivery, it comes cold. You ring them to explain and their opinion is it’s a busy night!!! You can wait another 40 minutes and they will replace it lol, waiting for a refund after zero customer service from regular customers and the ‘boss’ hangs up on you!!! Avoid!!!
I have been using it for 3 years when I am in Carlisle on business, it's usually 5 stars, but the other night I ordered a pizza and it was missing extra toppings that I asked for plus asked for no pepperoni and it was on the pizza. Hence 3 stars
2 hour wait for delivery, and still the order was short. Didn't bother to ask for the missing food. Otherwise it would be another 2 hour plus wait. But the food is fine.
