I always get overdone pizza. I called and specifically asked for it not to be burnt. It was delivered and burned. I called and I was very polite. They told me it wasn't burnt. I said then why would I call. The manager was rude and just said fine pick up in 25 minutes and hung up. No apology
I used to really love this store unfortunately I recently had an experience with them that has really left a bad taste in my mouth not literally bc I never got my pizza. Anyway my husband and I utilize the online delivery ordering system, so google states they are open until 3am for delivery on Friday and Saturday night so we ordered at 1:45 am and the payment was processed even told us that Kaleb was preparing our order. Literally 5 mins later it said delivered. We called and no answer just rang and rang until it disconnected. So we called the next day thankfully they returned our money but they said they close at 1am. So word for the wise they are NOT open until 3am Friday and Saturday. Honestly I think we at the very least for the inconvenience been awarded a free pizza and our money back especially as we are loyal and good customers of this particular store.
So I called them and placed an order. I am a truck driver down at the Petro Truckstop. Had my order placed, money taken off my credit card, and get a call back 10 mins later saying they don't deliver here. I said I am literally 3.8 miles away. They said no. So, has the mileage changed for delivery? Guess the delivery person missed out on a 20.00$ tip. Oh well.
Well for starters I ordered a thin crust which turned out to be burnt. I also ordered double hot sauce for my topping but when I open my pizza box there was none on my pizza. The pizza looked dry & tasted the same. It's like someone ordered my same pizza and didn't want it so it just sat. The delivery person was also rude because he just stood at my door waiting to be tipped. A i still tipped him but that is not how it is done & for the food I got, he shouldn't have got nothing. Overall they get a D-. The only thing that was good was the salad but it was prepackaged made
I ordered pizza to be delivered to my hotel room. Made it clear which hotel and room number 205. Was told 35 minutes. After 1 hour 45 minutes no show. So i called and they tried to tell me it was delivered and had to wait 25 minutes for driver to return to find out what he dis with the pizza. So i walked across the road to the nearest hotel and found my pizza sitting outside the room number 205 on the floor. Called back and manager acted as if it wasnt a big deal and that i should be happy that i now have my pizzawhich was cold. Just annoyed that i had to go on the hunt for my food all to find it sitting on the floor in the wrong hotel.
They don't deliver to Boiling Springs. Pap Johns, Pizza Hut have no problems. Why they can't, have no clue. They claim it is too far.....yeah ok. They are literally 4.4miles from my house.
Ordered at 1:30am when they clearly say they’re open until 3am on a Saturday and my order got canceled twice. 20 minutes later I call and someone answers and says they’re closed…. Update your business hours then
Aint gonna lie, wasn't bad at all. Only issue I keep forgetting to check for sauce I paid for an never get. Twice now. But it's gucci, yall made up for it one time wit 2 xtra sauces and yall was busy af. Food was bangin.

Would leave no stars if I could. I ordered a few different pizzas and they came burnt and dry. I called and told them and the manager told me that since I asked for well done that's how it comes. I told her well done does not mean burnt and nasty. I told her nobody was eating it and it was a waste of money. She offered to make me a new order or give refund. I told her a refund would be nice and she said fine and hung up. No apology, no nothing. That was very rude. I work in customer service I am also a shift manager and I would never treat a customer in that fashion. She clearly doesn't have proper managerial training, nor manners. I will not be ordering from them again. I will also be letting my customers know how they operate. They may lose some business. Dominos needs to train their people better.
