I've used Top Cars a few times now and it's safe to say they're among the best. Turn up always on time even when I needed to change a booking. Drivers are extremely polite and professional. The cars look like they've just been valeted so clean, and the cars themselves are so comfortable and luxuary. I won't use anyone else. plus their app is good, user friendly and actually works!
Nice car and driver but expect to pay double what it normally costs for a black cab or other service. The price charged matched their app but Hilton booked car for me so didn’t know they were so expensive up front. May have used Gett instead to hail a black cab. On the plus the short ride was very comfy and driver was chatty.
Top Cars have become a joke, this is the last time we’ll use them. More expensive than a black cab and the last 3 or more times we booked they were more than 10 minutes late without any notification or apology.
I haven’t had any experience on this brand but the first time in my life when I called to ask for car. The male receptionist did talk to me quite rude. He yelled at me. When we finished the call no answer thank you or anything. He hung up the phone immediately while i still talk nicely with him.I think you need to go to school again to learn how about to talk nicely with customers or others. Bad personality
Charged £20 for less than a 2 mile journey under 5 mins with no traffic. Digusting prices. Booked by the hilton, will not be using again!
Tried to charge me £15 for a 5 min drive through the city centre, had to ring the office and stand my ground until they dropped it. There are cheaper and more reliable taxi services out there, do not waste your money
Terrible attitude of receptionist. Shouted at customer just because of small volume. He doesn’t deserve this job. Loads of nice people are unemployed out there
Best taxi company ever, always book them when need a taxi. Very professional & always on time. Would recommend.
Amazing cab service, was picked up by Glen, very helpful and considerate. He’s got a great car too. As it was late night he waited till me and my friends got inside the house safe. Helped us with our stuff. Glen surely an asset to the company, give him a pay raise please.
A thoroughly reliable company which is important if catching a plane. Cars are alway immaculate, drivers likewise and polite; always prepared to give a hand with luggage. I would recommend to anybody.
