Last minute collection of myself and my wife from Heathrow airport last night. Faultless service, on time and a really friendly and helpful driver. Really impressed.
Excellent service. We booked a taxi from Heathrow. Our flight was delayed by 3 hours, but Loddon & driver were in touch with us as soon as we'd cleared passport control with meeting point details. Polite, friendly & respectful driver. Clean, quiet & comfortable Merc E-Class. Sadly, I didn't have enough cash for a decent tip.
Booked a taxi online over a week before the pick up, only to be notified it was cancelled because they are reading based and we were at a wedding in ufton court not exactly miles away I’d say 5 max so now we were stranded at a wedding with our 3 year old. When I rang them they couldn’t have been less interested, fuming was an understatement. TERRIBLE SERVICE could have cancelled earlier no point having online booking if they don’t check in advance!! AVOID AT ALL COST Looks like they will go to Heathrow airport that’s further than Ufton court !! Funny that
We had a 2.45am pick-up to get to Heathrow Airport - our driver arrived in plenty of time and we had a great journey. On our return our flight was early ….. and so was our driver! I phoned Loddon Cars and was given the option to speak to our driver - he gave us clear instructions of where to meet and it was a seamless transfer. We could not be happier with the service we received - thank you!
I booked online which was very easy. I received a text to confirm. In the morning, half an hour before pick up time I got a text to say he was on his way and I was able to track the car. He arrive a couple of minutes early. The car was very comfortable and clean and the driver very friendly. I was charged exactly what I was quoted. Exactly what I needed from a taxi service at 8am on a Saturday morning.
Heathrow Airport run, both ways, on time and very good drivers. Thank you to our return driver how waited for us after our flight was late and the airline lost our bags. Recommended!
I really like using Loddon Cars. It is really easy to book, the drivers are always very slightly early or on time. If I have had a question about my journey the team have always been very helpful. Drivers are polite and friendly, I can’t fault my journey.
Always on time and always a friendly driver. On this occasion our flight was badly delayed. Unable to notify loddon cars as stuck on board the aircraft on the ground due to a technical issue. The car and smiling driver was there to meet us at heather when we did eventually arrive.
Both journeys were brilliant, driver on time for our journey to Heathrow and very friendly. Driver on time and waiting for us on our return To Heathrow Happy with the price. Very happy with Lodfon cars and will be using them again very soon
