Mugged me off! Said it would be £15 on the the phone then got there and he said £18, I said ok that's fine then I went to give him £20 and he said he had no change and had just started work so I had to give him the full £20,Hard to believe he 'just started' when it was 3:30am. Took advantage of me because I had been drinking etc. So awful.

Terrible service; if I could give zero start I would! Total waste of my time; they arrived over 20 minutes late and I had to keep chasing and asking where the driver was! I'm fuming!

Got the address wrong twice, so decided to use someone else after wasting 40 minutes. 1 star is far too good a rating for them.
