Left to stand in cue for ages, totally ignored by rude man on the till. I had to ask to be served, to be hand gestured to another member of staff who should of been asked to serve in the first place! Poor service

Had a  really bad experiences previously with tool station however, this was an online order. Faith has now been restored due to Martin at the tunstall store. So helpful and polite. Thank you so much for your help.

Easy parking. The girls in there are so helpful. Never too much trouble to change goods or look for the right ones. Give them a pay rise!
