A rare treat to visit a shop on a high street where the shopkeeper knows from memory what they stock and where to locate it. If they haven't got certain items, they can probably order them in. I used to work in a long since closed family owned diy store, that operated a similar business model. There aren't many of such left. Best get and use them, before even more disappear.
This a shop we need to support. Helpful staff. At times they have sold me goods that are cheaper than the national d.i .y stores and I don't have to drag myself to Festival Park. They sell washers etc singly so you buy what you need. ..no waste : Obviously they don't have huge choice but worth a phone call first.
I love this place. Whenever I have been in the service has been amazing. All questions answered with a smile and good advice. All products are fantastic prices. This will always be the first place I call to see if they have what I need and I'd say the answer will always be yes!
This is a great place to get DIY stuff things for house or garden. The owner is very helpful and will do his best to get the things you need.
Great little shop, if he hasn't got it he will get it for you. Good for pet supplies as well.
Bill knows exactly what he has and hasn't got in stock and will suplly customers as fast as he is able. Very good local service

There are not many shops like this left we need to keep on surporting it. Absolutely love this place and staff are very friendly and go out there way to help you I can not do anything else but to give them four stars
Brilliant proper shop. Bill knows exactly what a "whasit", "doodad" and "thingy" is and if he doesn't have it in stock he will get it in.
Bill's shop is great and well stocked with everything including stuff you can't get nor have seen for ages!
