Brilliant place. Lots of good prices. Staff aren't too bad. Sometimes it can be hard to smile every day to customers, especially the ones who go in here without a clue. The staff are friendly with them and give them there time of day.

Jay was amazing we bought a lot of tools from there fantastic customer service nothing was a problem a pleasure to deal with

I love this place. The prices are superb, the stock is there or next day if not on the shelf. But the thing I like the most is the Service Level. I generally have an idea of what I need and why, I am not a tradesman so am not familiar with the right terminology. However if you need to know something ask for Jules, she has helped me so much with my lack of knowledge and she has not steered me wrong. I am always impressed when someone can share their knowledge with me. Thank you Toolstation Pontypridd & a massive thanks to Jules for helping me to get the right items everytime.

Always found the staff to be pleasant and very competent. We usually book online for us to pick up. This has always been very straight forward and we have never had any problems with this method of buying. Highly recommend this branch

I just wanted to thank the lady that served me on the 28th July, in the Pontypridd branch. She was extremely patient with me as I was trying to order items from the screwfix catalogue. It was the end of a long day but she kept her composure and it all ended in laughter and excellent service Thank you again..

I attended Toolstation recently and was served by a lovely lady named Julie she was very knowledgeable with regards helping identify the product that was required. Polite and professional will definitely attend this branch again. Thank you Julie for all your help

Lovely shop that provides knowledgable information about tools etc. There is a lovely lady working there called Kath that always helps me out and nothing is too much for her! Will definitely be back to this shop for my future purchases.

Excellent service and knowledge. Julie, Tony and Jay were working under very difficult Circumstances, however we’re very professional in their ability to deal with my requirements. With a competitor store less than 20m away I could have gone elsewhere to get the products I needed, but their customer service was has made me realise that  Toolstation Pontypridd  is the place to go to.

Great stores, whichever branch you choose. Very helpful staff, extensive range and great VFM. You can't go wrong.

Amazing store! Excellent customer service and the staff are all very friendly. Anything you need they'll they'll you out no problem.
