Always have a brilliant service everytime I go here. Staff are always friendly and helpful. The only thing that stops it having 5 stars is that when it's busy there is only 1 person serving and I think there should be a second person. There's always been 1 everytime I've been.

Searching for new car battery these were by far the best priced location also in stock ready to go or be delivered.

Good range of prices for parts.  Staff friendly.  Easy online buying.  1st time using them myself but family have used with no problems.

Ordered on line and collected the next day. Staff were helpful when I needed to add to the order in store. No issue with the quality of any of the parts I've purchased from them over the years.

Unhelpful with confrontationall Shocking attitude by a male counter assistant, and not for the first time. I only wanted a copper crush washer . He didn't know what I was on about. He asked for registration number!!! I had to tell him they were on the website after he said they didn't sell them...Unhelpful and lacking the most basic of knowledge at the Treforest site, Saturday 30th April

Good shop , good staff , parking outside and plenty of stock on site .
