We have a network of over 230 branches throughout the UK with the following opening hours:

8.30am to 6.00pm Monday to Friday
8.30am to 5.00pm Saturday
10.00am to 4.00pm Sunday*

I came in on a Saturday for a full service, it was pretty busy. An hour after dropping off my car I got a call to say something felt like it would snap and they didn’t have a spare part if it did, so to come back in the week. I asked then to make sure my brake fluid was alright as I had a warning light come on, they said it was full and must be a sensor error. I brought it back on Tuesday, turns out my brake fluid was nearly empty, not a sensor issue at all. Also, my engine oil wasn’t refilled properly, and a week after the service I now have a major coolant leak making my car undriveable until it fixed. Wouldn’t recommend this place, although the guys are friendly enough.
Came here for a free tyre and brakes check. It's great as you know they will be honest and not say work needs doing when it doesn't. Very polite, friendly staff too.
Nice lads working here. Good service and knowledge. Main thing is they torque wheels up properly and don't slam them on with impact gun. Good prices if book online in advance
Not capable of welding, dispute advertising the capability to work on exhaust. I know not to walk on the shop floor unless specified to. But, for some reason, to get to the receptionist I have to step over the workingman's leg and watch out for tools. This place is fast track to a law suit for anyone looking that, not for welding.. why Halfords sent me to this place is beyond me. This place needs serious guiding if it's going to pull threw.
Service was quick BUT, They messed up my tyres none of them were right tyre pressurewise they pumped them up not according to the manual and on tyre was 35 psi instead of 31 !!!! Not gonna use them again
If I could give zero I would. Came in with brakes squeaking so got them checked. They said it’d be an hour and a half to be done. After 30 mins I get a call saying I need new discs and pads. When I asked to book in the pads only they wouldn’t, and said I’d have to have both. Quoting me almost £300 for this. When I asked if the report would be emailed to me so I could look over it with my husband they said it wouldn’t as due to issues with the system the appointment had accidentally been cancelled. Convenient. This raised my suspicions so I booked it in at a different garage this afternoon to be looked at and found just my pads need changing and I’ll be saving £210 in the process. Will not be returning and will be taking this further.
Terrible customer service experience not only that but claimed I needed all brake discs and pads changing when actually I only needed front pads. Wanted over £400 and I paid £50 elsewhere. Rear pads were brand new and discs were barely lipped. Complete scam!
Didn’t tell me the cost of the work upfront, carried out a diagnostic that took 5 minutes and shocked to find it cost £50, then told us they could not fix the issue because they don’t provide the service needed - but I said over the phone when I booked, the engine management light was on, and the car needs oil top-up this was totally dismissed by everyone I spoke to! and they didn’t tell me that all they could do was a diagnosis. When we looked up the diagnosis code ourselves when we got home, it stated that the fix needed was an oil change, as I thought - a service that National Tyres & Autocare DOES provide. Screams “can’t be bothered” and your colleague’s attitude reflected that - shrugged his shoulders and said a diagnostic used to be cheaper but “everything’s gone up”. Waste of time. I knew what the issue was, but have been left feeling that because I don’t work with cars that I couldn’t possibly have been correct, and instead charged for work they did not advise me they were going to do at the the time of booking, nor did they state upfront the seriously unreasonable cost.
My Son went last week for 2 front tyres, they charged him £140 double what he's paid elsewhere for the same tyre also they told him he needed an additional £750 worth of work done on the shock absorbers and exhaust. Long story short , took it elsewhere and it cost £85 .
Puncture repaired Free of Charge as I had purchased the tyre guarantee. Very easy process, just checked my reg no. and got the job done within about 20 mins. Very satisfied with the service and professionalism.
