What a amazing place! A bit of a hidden gem in Grimsby as its a bit 'out the way', but a trip we'll worth taking. Hard to find anywhere cheaper online or otherwise. Definately worth popping in because they have things at shockingly low prices on the shopfloor that you otherwise might not find online. Click & Collect is not the type where it gets delivered to the shop in a day or two, they generally have what you need in stock and its ready in minutes after being picked by one of their great team. Customer service is superb. Without a doubt the best business in its category.
Fast and friendly staff, always my first port of call when doing some DIY, love the fact I can order online and collect to save time. Handy living fairly close too
Cant fault them great price and service, kaycie goes above and beyond. Needs a pay rise if you ask me.
Bought an item last week for collection and said they had 1 in for collection. I drove there especially for that order to be told it's not in? It will be in tomorrow they said. So l went 5 days later.. no item in they said. So l expressed my anger at wasting my time and fuel on 2x journeys and then miraculously they had one in the back ?? Not very professional at all . Will be shopping elsewhere.

I was served by Reece today. I had purchased a Draper rotary multi tool and was struggling with some technical aspects. Reece went above and beyond to help me. Really excellent customer service, I highly recommend this store.
Very very competitive and they definitely give Screwfix a good run for their money. The staff are always helpful, nothing is to much trouble and they've always got some good deals on the go. Also and as a rule, they seem to be cheaper than Screwfix and they are definitely the first place I go to regarding any work or house bits I need!
Visited the shop today, the team were fantastic, I wasn’t really sure on which drill would be best for my needs as there was so much choice, they offered good advice about the products DeWalt DCD709P1T 18V XR and the price was very competitive. Very happy thx all
