Waited a fair bit to be served as only one person serving even though there was another there don't think guy should be on his own tbh, the guy serving was extremely friendly and helpful which kind of made of for longer than usual wait time which I'm used to in other branches.
Well done. Always helpful even if they dinnae have the answer. Which they usualy do.

Really good service. Most of the items I need are available and ready to pick up in 5 minutes with the click and collect. The staff is really helpfull: for instance, one time, I ordered solvent fit plumbing items and my order included a single push fit item. It was highlighted by the staff to make sure it wasn't a mistake.
Just bought a bag of floor tile grout from Edinburgh Seafield branch The bag turned out to have a small tear in it, and a bit of the dry grout spilled into my rucksack. It wasn’t a major problem; nobody’s fault really. Unfortunately the salesperson, Laura, didn’t have another bag of grout in stock, so she gave me an extra carrier bag to put the burst bag into -and then gave me a 100% discount on the original purchase! Now THAT is good customer service. Cleaned the rucksack in two minutes!
Excellent service. Very smooth click and collect. Ordered and collected same day. They have a tent thing outside so you can collect goods without going inside.
I do click and collects and go into store at Seafeild never had any problems staff are always great will go out their way to help if needed always greeted with a smile. Would not shop anywhere els.
Always pleasant staff who were amazing during they still are tge lockdown, nothing too much of a problem for them.
Ordered online was able to pick items up within 20 minutes staff are really nice helped me with anything always there to please the customers.would definitely recommend to anyone to shop in toolstation.
