Asked a Driver to move as he was blocking a road, was told it would take as long for him to do the job and then move... Obviously it wouldn't and I phoned the office who told me they have a right to block the road for 10 minutes...the blockage was there for much longer. Both staff members I spoke to were unhelpful and they appear to think they can do what they want....
