Having purchased my previous 2 cars both brand new from Tony Levoi Lakeside, I happened to be over there having a rear light replaced. Whilst I was waiting I took a stroll amongst the used cars as I was toying with swapping my Vauxhall Zafira in for something smaller. Saiful Islam came to offer his assistance and I asked him to show me what smaller vehicles were available such as Vauxhall Corsas. What a revelation Saiful turned out to be. He showed me the relevant vehicles on the forecourt and talked me through the details of each of them. He also told me about another vehicle which was in the workshop being checked and prepared for sale which was a higher spec Corsa Griffin but was in the same price range. I decided to return at the weekend to see that vehicle and take it for a test drive. One of the reasons I felt so impressed with Saiful was that at no time did he try to push or talk me into buying a car which was, of course, not my intention initially. What he did was answer my questions and there were lots of them with the greatest patience and was very knowledgeable and helpful. I returned for a test drive a few days later and fell in love with the car and was so glad I had taken his advice on that one. He dealt with all the owner changeover details for me and in no time at all I drove it away. Saiful is a credit to Tony Levoi and such a pleasant young man to deal with. Thank you Saiful and thank you Tony Levoi for all your help over the years. Christine Goater.
If I could leave zero stars I would, my parents were recommended this company by a family friend, after the experience they have received from the staff at this garage I would highly recommend using a different company, the staff are purely incompetent and apparently disinterested in selling a vehicle, we have had to chase them by phone to complete the sale and involve a manager even though a deposit was paid on the vehicle on the day of visiting, when we eventually thought the sale was going to be completed the terms were changed, very unprofessional and incompetent service, we have bought many vehicles from various other companies and never had the issues experienced at this company! **Edit - Response received from the company is laughable, the staff do not inform you of details relevant to the sale therefore details change, we chose to pay cash for the car instead of financing it but after the service received I’m actually glad we haven’t completed a sale with this company, be sure to read ALL of the reviews about this company before committing yourself to a sale!

We came there to see the brand new car, and was ready to get finance in place. But change our mind after receiving an awful service from the lady staff. Instead of asking budget . We were shown used cars on her pc , it seems like it has already been an assumption that we will be getting only used car. After even telling her that we are looking for brand new car. Still she said there are new cars by showing on her pc , but it’s a bit expensive. So we just left. I am not sure what exactly was happening there but it doesn’t seem nice for any customers to be treated like this. I will strongly recommend not visit this dealership.

My car was written off following an accident. A new car was found for me within 4 days. Super friendly staff and very profesional service. Would highley recomend.
