Do you see these two spinach, chicken and blue cheese salads? They look like any typical wholesome salads from a cafe near a London train station, right? Well, when combined with some halloumi and a single diet coke, somehow you'll get charged a whopping **£50** for the experience of eating here. My colleague and I experienced this exact scenario, split the bill and left disheartened that we'd been fleeced out of our money. In shock, we returned to challenge the bill, to which the server apologised "for overcharging" and handed us £1.50 each in change, making our salads £47 in total. Perhaps I missed that there was some gold leaf across the chicken breast, or that the cutlery was made from small-batch artisanal rare ivory; I'm not saying that the salads weren't tasty, however they're not £25/head tasty. One could expect these sorts of prices at a Mayfair cafe rather than a generic lunch spot near a train station. Only eat here if you're happy to make it rain some hard earned pounds for an entirely generic experience. I shall not return
Delicious porridge with banana and dried figs! Nice place to catch up and people watch. Staff are friendly and quick to look after you. Cafe is clean with nice interior. Would definitely come back! Thank you

Went for National Burger day and wont go back. We thought about supporting an independent place, but should have stuck with a chain. 1st not sure about their pricing model. The burger served to other customers looked good. Priced between £6.50-£8 we thought the wings at £6.90 would be similar. Although i dodged the £2.60 bottle of coke, i was sorely disappointed with the 'wings' let alone the price of them. Small is an understatement, what they lacked in size, also lacked in taste. The burger was served immediately with the wings. Not sure why, but after the wait we didn't complain, or that the swap from normal fries to sweet potato didn't happen. The taste of the burger was pretty good, and is the only reason this is not 1 star, but it's not enough to get a return.
Wow, wow, wow! This place is amazing! Christiana, our waitress was an absolute gem. Beautiful, helpful and catered to our needs. We had the pleasure of meeting the chef Ego, who is extremely humble. The food was amazing, on a different level! The burgers, the chicken, the banana crumble- everything Thank you for an amazing experience guys. We are going to book our Christmas party here.
Had a lovely meal with three cousins. Ordered to burgers with fries. Absolutely huge and tastes great. A salad with salmon and microgreens. And fried chicken. We ate it all. The beer on draft was fantastic, especially better since we happened on this place at happy hour with 2 for 1 set menu drinks. Small, cozy place with additional seating downstairs.
Went there for lunch a couple of weeks ago. Very absent-minded service. We got the wrong drinks, the wrong number of sides and our burgers got mixed up. We were charged 5£ too much on a 20£ order. On the plus side, the food was not offensively bad and we did NOT get poisoned. A nice touch given the overall experience.
A wonderful little place, extremely close to Victoria station. Army themed, but tastefully - not over the top. Delicious burgers and excellent triple cooked chips! Staff were lovely! Would definitely return!
