Rude horrific staff! Avoid! This “shop” must the worst store in Richmond! While seeing the rings they put on display outside the store, my two year old toddler pushed a little hard for one of the rings, in a blink of an eye, in a outrageous rude way, came a member of the staff saying the display will brake if one ring were pushed or stollen! Yes, she had the audacity of saying that me and my son were trying to steal! After what she quickly turned around and moved inside the store. No please, excuse me, nothing! Was about to walk away trying to digest the situation, when the same insolent staff member crossed the door again saying children’s shouldn’t be allowed to touch the rings. At this point I was fuming and replied, that we understand and that she doesn’t needed to be rude specially with a small children around, she quickly closed the door to my face while sarcastically replied “I wasn’t rude, goodbye”. This has been the worst shopping experience I had ever experienced especially if considering it was from a small boutique in Richmond. From now on, I’ll recommend everyone to avoid this store at all costs and will pass the word of the revolting way the staff treats their potencial customers. Hope the future isn’t bright for this store, because considering the staff, and the apparent customer care they clearly don’t have high standards.
My favourite jewellery store, and the sales are exceptional and genuine. The owners are simply delightful. Cannot speak of this store highly enough for customer service, beautiful designs and quality one could not fault.
The very last real Toko shop. Jewellery should be touched and tried, therefore visiting this little shop for over twenty years for gift ideas
