I signed up to this practice a few months ago, I called them to ask what identification documents would be required and to check if I was within there area. They said to pop by the following day and they would start the process, this was done very quickly and I had an appointment to see the doctor in the afternoon. The staff are very friendly and just seem to naturally put in that little bit extra to help people as opposed to some staff at other surgeries that can't be bothered to smile let alone help someone. The doctors are exceptional and in the short time I've been a patient there my health has improved because the doctors also go that extra mile to help and treat the patients. Switching to Toddington medical centre is probably the best decision I have made this year.

absolutely awful 1 doctor in particular would not exam me went to see him 5 or 6 times ,said there was nothing to worry about just gave me creams which I could not use now I have a serious condition.

Absolutely awful treatment, went back and back and all the doctor wanted to do was give me painkillers to mask the symptoms. Treated me like I was bonkers, and was very argumentative and rude. I am moving doctors, while I'm still alive!

Very disappointing - what is happening to our health service? I have now made two telephone appointments in the last two months only to turn up and find that I am not on the system. This means I have taken time off work to go to the appointment only to find I can't get in. This morning I was asked if I got an email confirmation of the appointment...no I did not but I did not know that this was supposed to happen. Really frustrated and fed up.
