Love coming here Staff are brilliant. Was greeted by Amy and Mario at the bar .He got all the utensils ready for us and a friendly greet by him.We are regulars and Mario always stands up .Hard worker and always have time for us even thou he is busy . Chef are friendly and dont even need to ask for fried eggs as he came with it . Overall is faultless here fantastic service. Mario is the furniture of this place.....
Went for a Toby breakfast for the first time with the children and wow so yummy and a mixture of different foods did feel strange eating Yorkshire puddings for breakfast lol but worth it. The staff are always friendly and the bar man can't remember his name was happy to explain how it all works Always better to book a table as didn't want to get turned away and glad we did as was well worth it. Breakfast cooked lovely and no washing up in sight = priceless Our daughter couldn't wait to get stuck in to the Yorkshire pudding. Kid-friendliness: Made the kids feel welcome even if they are teenagers Parking: Plenty of spaces to park
We had an amazing meal today, the staff took great care of us, going above and beyond. Jodie was our waitress and checked on us through out the meal. Explained that there would be a wait as there was only 2 kitchen staff. The 2 chefs we're Ciaran and Corey both were doing a fantastic job. Clearly they love their work. Chatting and engaging with every single customer. Fantastic service.
Great quality carvery with decent choice of meats, potatoes, veg, gravies and sauces. Kids love the refillable soft drink with multiple flavour combos! Friendly staff and service. Accommodated a special request with booking too for a specific easy-access table as I was on crutches. Decent value. Some great special deals too including for kids at half term and near birthdays! Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly, re menu options including carvery and deserts… and they love the unlimited soft drink option. Popular toy machine too. And brilliant half term deal - kids main and dessert for £1 normally £5.99!
The food was excellent, the price for a family of 4 was very reasonable, and the staff were amazing. The lady serving the carvery was very helpful for our children, and wonderfully polite to us. Our waiter, a man with a Mediterranean accent, went above and beyond, and was brilliant with our kids. Will certainly be returning!
Nice experience here and breakfast with Santa was lovely. Food was good and atmosphere with staff friendly to! Missing fried eggs but there was a sign up to be fair. Orange juice wasn’t nice at all though! Don’t know what it was, maybe cheaper brand???? Still, good experience and would recommend every day
We went here twice. On the first occasion the food was great and Ava provided outstanding service. She is an absolute credit to the company. On the second occasion, we were told all the tables were booked and the restaurant was about a third full. There were only 2 of us as well, not a huge party. So full marks to Ava on visit 1, nil marks for the accommodation of customers on visit 2.
All of the roast meat looked delicious. They had pork, beef, turkey and gammon on. I had the pork and beef and both were really tasty and very tender. There was also a great selection of sides including the best roast potatoes I've had in a long time. Service was quick and friendly and the price of the carvery is very reasonable, especially midweek. Highly recommended if you like a huge roast dinner and who doesn't!
What was good - The food was good, and the person cutting the meats was good. What needs improving - There was an empty booth table when we arrived, we asked to sit there and were told no. This table stayed empty for the whole time during our visit. There was no reason why we couldn't sit there. During our time at your restaurant, no one asked us if things were OK. We ordered a tea, this came without milk, we asked for milk, but it never arrived. When we asked for the bill, it took a long time for the bill to arrive
Very tasty food and good service. Only thing I'd like to see more of is vegetables in the carvery. They had three different types of potatoes, carrots, peas and cauliflower cheese. Would have liked some broccoli, green beans our any other green veg. Very good range of drinks xxFood: 4/5
