The quality of customer service is extraordinarily spectacular! I got served by a striking young man that resembles a turtle just a little bit both in appearance and in the literal sense of taking forever to scan my devious pieces from home-wear. His manners were dashing and he told me, in exact words, "girl your furniture choices are so slay for real" for this I agree and look forward to being served by this 6'3 guy again!
Very busy and not a good time to go. It was lunchtime and shoppers had rummaged through the gifts leaving them all open and in disarray, so hard to find a decent gift. Best time to go is when the store opens in the morning.
I have been charged twice for the same shopping. When asked why I’ve been told that money could have been taken by mistake and it could take up to 3/5working days to have them back.
Very big shop with a great chose of everything.
Today I was in there shopping , but the employees didn’t have time to show me the jewellery that I want it because he talked to another customer more than 10 minutes , I will not go again .
This isn't the biggest or best tk max I've visited. Lot of tatty clothes and unnecessary stuff. I used to love visiting a tk max and hunt for a quality bargain, but recently I've been disappointed to find jumble sale quality and zero bargains.
Little bit crazy and some old stock floating about, but love this place for the diamond in the rough finds and cheap designer brands!
Massive shop with a wide range however it was busy and it wasn't organised well. Took a while to work out were everything was and were the item I wanted was.
I love that they have so many varieties in all the sections. Worth the visit
It may be the pandemic or just supply chains but they really don't have the same selection of high quality items as they used to have. Also they need to do something about the cosmetic table. Virtually everything in there is opened and ruined.
