I found everyone at Sanbei, Woking (especially Bill) incredibly helpful, professional and diligent in getting the battery life problem with my phone fixed. Whilst my phone was being tested and repaired over the week, I was updated about the progress, and realistic timescale for it's return. I was  even provided with a handset to use at no extra charge. From my own experience I have no hesitations in recommending!!

My girlfriend went to one of Sanbei stores and she found it still wasn't fixed. She took it to the Woking store and they took it and diagnosed it over a few days. They provided her a loan phone while hers was out of action and in addition gave her updates. They found the phone needed an additional part and replaced it for free.  What outstanding customer focused service. I can highly recommend.

These people are really efficient and fair. They give a 3 month guarantee on mobile phone repairs. Quick service too.
