Wouldn’t use this place for Apple repairs if i was you. They would not carry a simple warranty battery replacement as my phone’s speaker failed a diagnostic test (I have no problem with it) and said I had to have the full screen replaced at hundreds of pounds before they could do it. If you want to be spouted apple t&cs and consumer goods acts by teenagers then you’ll love it here. I’m heartened by a similar review that Apple replaced his under the same circumstances with no issue. Off to Reading I go!

Excellent service by Tom, walked in with a problem on our old iPad and after he had explained the possible issues in terms we could understand we decided to trade our old model for an up to date version. Tom set the new one up for us in no time and even installed the screen protector we had bought. We cannot fault the service we received and would like to say a big thank you to Tom.

Staff and service was efficient, friendly and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend Woking Apple store.

Amazing staff and really good service would recommend this store to anyone. Everything I needed to know was answered there and then and they went out there way to help me. Wouldn’t go anywhere else now for Apple products.

Either lied to me or don't know what they're doing... Wouldn't provide me with a replacement battery - said that the speaker wasn't working so would have to pay £309 for a new handset. Spoke to Apple directly, they said this was not the case and they should have provided me with a replacement battery. Took to another Apply store and they replaced the battery without any issue at all.
