Absolutely brilliant customer service by Mahreen today. I had bought some bracelets for my 2 daughters for Christmas and they were too small, despite being checked. The online Pandora store would not help at all. However, Mahreen understood the issue and she exchanged them immediately for me and took care to ensure the new size fitted well with some charms on too. She also ensured the girls were happy. We then bought some more charms and another bracelet. I would highly recommend Mahreen and the Woking store. So much better than the online version of Pandora.
I love it here, lots of lovely charms, bracelets, necklaces and rings. There’s often a sale tray or two, these can be good value
I shop in Pandora Woking regularly. The staff are fantastic especially Shelby, she is always very helpful and goes the extra mile. They always have what I want and the shop is well stocked & the jewellery is displayed very well.

We went in today to try and find some birthday gifts. Not only were we completely ignored but when I wanted to get the attention of a staff member she walked away and went into the staff room. I looked at the other girl who was serving and busy with a customer and it was so awkward I just left.... lost me as a customer.
All the bling in the world !! Whatever more could you desire Fantastic top quality silver items from the complete designer range. Excellent selection but not cheap. Latest stock for 2019 is in and a new line. Staff professional and polite. Nothing more to add except.... heaven... Just totally slamming..... Check it out
A most wonderful place with helpful knowledgeable staff. Nothing seemed too much trouble. I had a large order and the sales assistant couldn’t of been more attentive - well done Pandora Woking.
Rubbish customer service, rubbish company policy. Instead of charging 165 display price for 3 beads, they requested 185 at the til claiming the display price was a "human error". Store manager was only able to say "we are not required by law to sell for the display price". Not even "we are sorry for the mistake". Who taught these people customer service ? They just lost a customer for ever. btw, if you want a real review of them, look at trustpilot.
