Lot of good brand in the store, but many times I couldn’t find the price on the clothes. Two levels in this TK MAX. They have a jewellery corner with wathces. They have sunglasses, home decor items. Cooking items. And other accessories. A little bit of everything.
I really love this place even though it is not a big shop but I can always find something very good quality to buy .nThe personnel are helpful and kind.
I recently had a frustrating experience with the TK Maxx store in Kilburn. I purchased an item from another TK Maxx location, but it turned out to be the wrong size. When I brought it to the Kilburn store to return or exchange it, the staff told me they couldn’t accept it because it wasn’t bought there.nnThis was really disappointing, especially since I’ve always been able to return items to other TK Maxx stores without an issue. When I explained this to the staff, they didn’t offer any helpful solutions or try to accommodate me in any way. The response felt dismissive, and I left the store feeling like my concerns didn’t matter.
I was discriminated against in this TK Maxx store. The lady standing at the door did not let me into the store at 19:58. Despite the fact that the store is supposed to serve customers until 20:00! I accuse TK Maxx of discrimination. I demand that a financial penalty be imposed on TK Maxx by an institution defending customer rights.
Good place for small presents as well as household items. Does not work for me when it comes to clothes but then I am not a fashion icon.
