I don’t have any idea about this store but it’s totally changed. Usually they were very quick and had an efficiency but when I visited here two days ago the service was not that good. I waited 40mins even my number was called, and the person who was in the collect point repeated just “please wait, it’s coming”. Very disappointed.

It was my first time and last time at this location. The service Argos offers is usually very effective and quick. The service at this location was very slow at a quiet time as we were just 3 customers in the store. I had to remind them I was still waiting for the goods after they called me to pick them up as they had forgotten about my order!

Laziest staff ever. The shop is empty and it still takes 30 mins

It's an Argos. The weirdest shops on the planet. Go in and look at a magazine before writing a code on a little piece of paper with a tiny pencil, take the paper over to a machine and enter the code and insert your credit/debit card and wait.... this is when the magic happens and the brave Argonauts venture into the cavernous back halls to find your goods for you before presenting therm to you in a polite and courteous manner behind a counter marked A, B, or C.

A good Argos where I've never had to wait too long. The auto-pay machines work well and the store is conveniently located for either Swiss Cottage or Finchley Road underground stations.
